Libra Capital Group is an independent systems integrator, established in 2019 and registered in the Ajman Media City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. We build and run Microsoft, IBM, Oracle and AWS estates for governments and enterprises. We are not the largest firm you will evaluate — we intend to be the most verifiable.

01 The name

Libra is an instrument.

Of all the constellations, Libra is the only one that is an instrument rather than a creature — a balance, set in the sky to weigh things as they are. We take the name seriously, as an engineering standard rather than a slogan:

Exact figures or none. Where a number on this site cannot be verified, we remove the number — not the verification.
Stated roles. Prime, consortium member, or subcontractor — our role in any engagement we cite is named, because in procurement that distinction is legally material.
Both pans visible. Every proposal names what is in scope and what is not, what we do well and what we would subcontract. An estimate that hides one pan of the scale is not an estimate.

This discipline costs us adjectives. It wins us audits.

The badge rule We display a vendor designation only when we are contractually licensed to display it, with the designation's exact current name and our partner identifier alongside — so you can check it in the vendor's own directory. Working with a vendor's technology and holding a designation from that vendor are different claims. We will never present the first as the second.

Publishing an honest empty register is unusual. So is being able to trust a full one. We know which company we would rather be evaluated as.
