Short, because this site is deliberately simple: no cookies requiring consent, no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, no forms. The little there is to govern is governed here.

What this site collects: effectively nothing. These pages are static. They set no cookies, load no analytics, and embed no third-party scripts, fonts or pixels. Standard technical server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) are processed by our hosting provider for security and operation, on the basis of legitimate interest, and are not used to profile visitors.
When you email us, we process the personal data your message contains to answer it and to maintain a business record, on the basis of legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps. Correspondence relating to engagements and tenders is retained as required by the applicable procurement and commercial rules; other correspondence is deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights. For visitors in jurisdictions with data-protection law (including the GDPR for EU visitors and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law), you may request access, correction or erasure of personal data we hold about you by writing to the address above. We answer without undue delay.

The content of this site is provided for general information about Libra Capital Group's services. It does not constitute an offer, and no engagement exists until a written agreement is signed by both parties. Service descriptions are kept current in good faith; the binding description of any engagement is the one in its contract.

Their use does not imply any endorsement by, or formal designation from, those vendors unless a designation is explicitly stated in our certification register.

This site is built to conform to WCAG 2.2 level AA: semantic HTML, full keyboard operability, visible focus states, colour-contrast-checked tokens, and respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting — all animation, including the constellation instrument on the home page, is disabled or reduced when your system requests it.
